Daniel Arrellanes is the owner of ArborSolutions, an independent consulting arborist group serving Santa Barbara County and San Luis Obispo County. ArborSolutions provides on-site inspection, diagnosis, risk assessment, second opinions, and written property documentation for decisions involving trees, landscapes, contractors, HOAs, wildfire concerns, and property conditions.
Daniel has spent more than 25 years on California’s Central Coast and works directly with property owners, boards, managers, real-estate professionals, and other decision-makers who need clear information before taking action.

ArborSolutions is built around a simple separation: our inspection, diagnosis, and documentation are provided without financial incentives tied to the work being evaluated.
Daniel’s role is to inspect the site, identify and explain observable conditions, document what matters to the decision, and help define reasonable next steps.
Some assignments require a formal arborist report or tree risk assessment. Others need a second opinion, contractor scope review, property documentation, or simply a clear on-site explanation of what is happening and what deserves attention first.
